The City of Richland is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in hiring, advancing, or promoting employees.  The Human Resources Department coordinates services and programs which assist City departments in developing and maintaining a qualified, effective, and diverse workforce and provides employment-related services to the City’s current and potential employees.

The Human Resources Office accepts applications for employment on a continuing basis.  Applications remain active for six (6) months and are available for review by hiring supervisors as openings occur during that time.  The office is located at City Hall and is open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. 

Those interested can also pick up applications at the Police and Fire Departments Monday through Friday.
