The City of Richland is excited to share that the Richland Mayor's Youth Council has been featured on the front page of the Rankin County News after receiving the Mississippi Municipal League Award for their exceptional community service efforts.

The award recognizes the Youth Council's Operation Wishlist project, which supported Children's of Mississippi by providing Christmas gifts, games, books, and other comfort items for young patients and their families during the holiday season.

The recognition from the Mississippi Municipal League and the Rankin County News reflects the hard work, generosity, and leadership demonstrated by the members of the Richland Mayor's Youth Council.
