The City of Richland “Special Events Department” is accepting donations of gently used Christmas items: Christmas lights, Christmas trees, and large Christmas décor (indoor/outdoor). All items may be dropped off at the Richland Community Center, 410 East Harper Street….Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, until Friday, November 17, 2017.
