Exchange Club

The Exchange Club is a non-profit service organization devoted to patriotism, youth, and prevention of child abuse. It is responsible for many community projects. The Club meets for dinner the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Parks & Rec Building located at 371 Scarbrough Street.   Membership dues are $25 a quarter. Friends of the Library

Friends of the Richland Library members volunteer their time, talents, funds, and influence to improve and expand library services, and, by extension, improve the quality of life in the community. Friends of the Richland Library have hosted book sales, bake sales, and the annual Christmas Tree Gala / Open House. The Friends meet on the 4th Thursday of every month (except June, July, and December). Annual membership dues are $5 – individual, $7.50 – family, $25 – organizations. Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts

There are several Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops in Richland. For information about existing troops or to get information about starting a troop, call Wally Bowman at the Andrew Jackson Council of the Boy Scouts of America at 948-6111 or the Middle Mississippi Girl Scouts Council at 601-366-0607.

Woodmen of the World

Woodmen of the World meet the last Monday of every month at the Parks & Rec Building located at 371 Scarbrough Street from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
